FREE TRIAL CLASS
At Melbourne yoga and Pilates we offer a free trial class at which I will come to your workplace with mats and blankets if needed and teach a combination of Yoga, Pilates de -stress breathing, and Meditation......The duration of which is from 45 mins to 90 mins. Your choice....The time according to my avaialability is also your choice.....for example...meditation and de-stress breathing are a great way to start the day....6am /7am meditation will encourage the student to perform at his/ her best throughout the working day.
After the free trial class,
if you wish to continue I will then taylor make a workout to suit everyones individual needs....
eg: * If a staff memeber has a bad back I will work slowly and cautiously with remedial pilates and yoga , giving him/her safe stretches and core excercises to do at home...with the intention of eventually eliminating discomfort and teaching the student how to manage muscular and /or spinal dysfunction.
*If a staff memeber is pregnant I can give her safe yoga-de-stress breathing to help her relax and focus.
*If a staff member is very fit I can challenge him/her with cardio pilates or Iyengar Yoga.
*If a staff memeber is over weight I can taylor make a daily routine to help maximise weight loss, including dietry advice.
**The size of the space is irrelevant...all we need is enough space for a yoga mat....often working behind the individuals desk offers just enough space and loads of privacy.....
**if the group wish to do a general yoga or general pilates class a conference room is ample.....
There is no minimum...I am able to teach up to 40 students in any combination of YOGA, PILATES AND DE-STRESS BREATHING.
